Net filter

The net filter is a general term in the filter, and the wire gap filter, fiberglass filter and so on. It is an indispensable device in the pipeline of conveying medium. It is usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium. Protect valves and equipment for normal use. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain size filter screen, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, only the removable filter cartridge is taken out and re-loaded after treatment. Therefore, the use and maintenance are very convenient.
Use maintenance instructions
1, check the pressure gauge condition, whether it works normally.
2. Check the pressure values of pressure gauge 1 and 2. When the difference between the pressure values of the two pressure gauges exceeds 0.02GP, the filter should be cleaned. Filter cleaning methods are as follows:
(1) shut off the pump.
(2) rotate the compressing handle, remove the filter cover and remove the filter screen.
(3) cleaning filter screen.
(4) check the condition of O sealing ring and gasket.
(5) install in place.
(6) boiling water pressure test, check whether leaks, observe the pressure gauge reading is normal.
3. When winter comes, drain water in the filter to prevent rust.
